Do you upload my files?

No. Free tools run fully in your browser (client-side). Your files never leave your device.

Are there usage limits?

Free tools are unlimited for personal use within fair-use limits. Premium may add batch, AI and cloud features.

Which formats do you support?

Images: JPG, PNG, WebP. PDF tools: standard PDF 1.4+. Converters add more over time (see each tool page).

Why does preview look soft sometimes?

For speed we show a preview scaled to your screen. Downloads are generated from the high-quality source.

What’s the difference between “lossless” and “quality %”?

Lossless keeps exact pixels (bigger files). Quality % compresses more (smaller files) but may lose tiny details.

Will you add AI features (Background Pro, Upscaler 4×/8×)?

Yes. Premium will include AI background removal, smart upscaling and batch tools. We’ll announce pricing and limits.

Do you track me or run ads?

No tracking on free tools. We may add lightweight, non-intrusive ads later. See Privacy.

I have issues converting a file. What can I try?

Refresh the page, try a different browser, or resize very large images. If it persists, contact us.

How do I request deletion or access to my data?

Email privacy@rapidtoolshub.com. For free tools we don’t store your files at all.
